Luckily i go with my instinct. Cos right after new TA signed, the shop beside empty until now almost 6 months already. roughly rugi 45k just like that, because u want the "extra" 2k per month. totally not worth.

Deswai I always tell landlord. Speed is key. No point renting higher but at the risk of leaving it empty for months.

Property owner always think we drop the property price.
