Aku sedar Bangsa aku ada bad reputation bab sewa ni. Tetapi dia pukul rata 99% aku takler terimalah. Susah bear nak dapatkan sewa kedai pun tau.

I am very sure if the person said the tenant is a expat hired by Petronas or JP Morgan but from India, no problem....
or saying it is an Indian doctor who is also a surgeon.... so is it racism or discrimination? |

when payment got problem, everyday u go visit the tenants? became squatters in your unit? dunwan to meet u, off phone. Siapa susah? How difficult it is to get them evicted.. TS senang je ckp, air liur je... plus no commitment.. kalau TS betul betul wanna solve this, put something concrete for us to see.. gemusw liked this post

rent to him ; everyday drive in car park like tokyo drift and even take shortcut MO and MC cant do shit to him ; only can issue notice or saman to owner imagine you are the owner ..lol |
