From what I heard, steroid injection can heal it in a few days.

It's actually not healing. But it dulls the pain so you think you are cured.

Steroid didn't help much. Pain was back after 2 weeks. It was so bad, I couldn't lift my arms to touch the card at the parking lot payment system.

Did some stretching my GP taught me for 1 week and it was 90% gone.

Even had one Datuk orthopaedic surgeon try to convince me that physio was useless and to do surgery immediately when steroid didn't fix it. Luckily, I didn't fall for it and let him operate.

i never did yoga...but also could do that...is just a typical tennis stretching session...
anyway all this is just age related... shoulder losing flexibility... but simple workouts can help to regain some flexibility...

For right handers, usually left hand on top, right hand on the bottom is more difficult.

got my severe experience 3 weeks ago...on my left hand
so bad until can lift my arm, and move turn the sterring wheel to the right. In short left hand holding the wheel and right hand turn it clock wise down.

we to tui-na + acupuncture at Jun Xi SS18. ouch.... endure the 30 mins session of tuina- and gua sha..... then another 30 mins of acupuncture. normally i dont belive much in this shit... but it works!

mobility improve by 50% the same evening. continue with some only and mild stretch... and recover to about 75% the next 2 days.

went 2 more session, now i it is like 90+. it is still tight at some area - but i suppose need to do own physio.

cost is around rm 100-120 each time.
