Last week I watch few, then that. Suddenly, it shock me when seeing the fluid looks pinkish.
After my few research/reddit experiences, people wrote must have to refrain for 1 week or more, and some people straight up few bright blood with fluid, carry heavy stuff/gym also could affect.

I still worried, I seek urologist the next day.
> Ultrasound male reproductive system, prostate, kidney, etc (RM80)
> Prostate blood test/work & Urine test (RM86)
> Doctor consultation fees follow up (RM70)
> Registration fees (RM8)
> Medical record (RM2)
> Medical supplies: Scanning gel (RM1), jumbo roll wiper x4 (RM4)
= RM251

The male nurse performed a very detailed ultrasound of my genital area, and the doctor (for prostate & kidney) too.
All test lab result is fine.
Urologist told that stop/refrain any physical activity for 2 weeks, everything is normal, told me that 80% usually will go away on its own, while other 20% is like infection, prostatitis, serious stuff like big C of testicular, prostate, etc. Hematospermia is usually benign

Note:
If after weeks, the Hematospermia or slightly of that still occur, please consult urologist doctor, do not feel ashamed.
