One day you will realize that you don't need that much of resources to sustain your daily life.
*
Problem is, most people don't even have that bare minimum resources to sustain, either due to stupid YOLO decisions during younger/when they still have the earning power.

Too few people understand that your first 100k at early 30s or 20s is a springboard for exponential growth, they rather use that 100k buy rubbish like car, then by the time reach 40s - got no capital to grow at all, while those who started to save & invest since 20s, 30s already can sustain minimal lifestyle even if jobless.

1000cc is overkill but 150cc is really underpowered.
Just get a 400-700 inline twin for a good compromise of power and upkeep. A triple is also good if you want more fun.

Well, utility wise, that's best.
But if budget a concern, liter bikes, specifically i4, memang keras.

the best.
kapcais nowadays RM500 can get. old kapcai just enough to go pasar.
and a fully paid R1 that's only ridden weekend, once or twice a month doesn't cost much to keep up and running.

upside is,
you could ride an old beat up kapcai or an old beat up kancil to work everyday
and the entire office won't remember you as the poor b40 kapcai/kancil driver but refer to you as the R1 rider.

a new awek gets hired and you bring your R1 once and that R1 gets stuck in her memory, not the beat up kapcai.
