I went to Semenyih previously. Their road access is Terrible and crowded. Not just that, so many traffic lights and waiting time are so long. they think KL is the only valuable place in Selangor
there are Still alot of Klang valley house u can buy with that price.
If u work nearby, sure go ahead buy a house a this area. But if you work at KL or PJ, that's a stupid decision buying this area.
