crazy what humans will willingly put in their mouth, as if they have no brain, eating plain sugar with no benefits. Well at least they serve a purpose - to give your enemy and their whole family an increased risk of diabetes

I spend $ to buy cocoa made into blocks, not biscuits, useless toys, sugar or a fancy packaging..

In late aug- early Sep, I ate 80% cacao sugar gree chocolate. But I did not eat it all at 1 go. I break a little of it. 1 bar last about 2 weeks. I read.about cacao fat being good for you.

Second bar in I was in hospital for gallbladder stones. Apparently the fats are too.mich for my body.

It's not only sugar.

Gallbladder stones don't buildup with only a single piece of chocolate and within such a short time frame. If it does, hospitals nationwide will be crowded with ppl having stones..

When I in hospital, the doc said there are many ppl.woyj same problem. Generally oily food and fats are the cause of the stones. If I did not eat the choco, probably no problem.

I won't say kitkat caused it la, coz medical issues typically is a combination of multiple factors in your diet.

But my viewpoint is, why increase the risk when simply NOT eating kitkats is so much simpler than casually eating it risking it being a foundation of unhealthy habits.
