Damage control or not, now every election more people running away from Madani. Their only hope still remain Penang + Selangor only.

Sabah, Sarawak, Kelantan, Terengganu, Kedah not a chance.

Johor, Melaka or N9 can make a surprise later

From X, my view, many of their DAP people are there, includes the Madani cybertrooper. Their actions are now similar like Najib troopers 2016-2018 era. Good luck

Now you see clearly which party controls the govt..dont need many ministers post

QUOTE(Medusakia @ Dec 6 2025, 06:15 PM)
The government has decided to exempt businesses with annual revenue under RM1 million from e-invoicing, which comes into effect on Jan 1.

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said this was decided by the Cabinet yesterday.

“The initial threshold of RM500,000 (for mandatory e-invoicing) has been raised to RM1 million. This means that small companies no longer need to carry out e-invoicing,” Anwar, who is also the finance minister, said at an event in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, today.

In June, the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) had said the finance ministry had decided that the implementation of e-invoicing for companies earning between RM1 million and RM5 million will be deferred to Jan 1, 2026 from the previous July 1, 2025.

Implementation for companies with annual revenue of up to RM1 million, now scrapped, was to have been deferred to July 1, 2026.

DAP adviser and former finance minister Lim Guan Eng had said the dismal performance of Pakatan Harapan in the Nov 29 Sabah state election could be attributed to Chinese voters’ rejection of specific policies such as expansion of the sales and service tax (SST), the e-invoicing rollout, as well as delayed tax refunds.

Separately, Anwar said that beginning Jan 1, the progress rate of all water supply, electricity and road projects in Sabah will be monitored on a monthly basis to prevent delays.

It all depends how much u-turns are there? Tax refunds were a huge issue with Chinese businesses, LHDN directly can said no money to refund, see fast they going to revert.

U think GST cannot lari ka?

People who run businesses can lari GST easily.

How? Do cash only businesses. The trick is the cash cannot bank in to personal or company bank accounts. Must keep away from home and office in safes.

Seller performed a service or sell goods to a buyer and collected cash. No invoices, DOs or receipts.

Buyer paid cash for services or goods. No quotations, receipts or invoices.

Payment by cash once both agreed. Cannot transfer via QR or online transfer. Must be hard cash. Zero paper trails.

With that cash, don't simply buy new cars or properties. LHDN sure come. The trick is to wash the cash in other legal businesses.

My previous plywood supplier did this for decades. Humble man. Never bought expensive cars or houses. Clothes all cheap ones. Whatever money he made goes to his kids overseas for their educations.

Why would bringing back GST better? GST threshold is RM500k. You still need to invest in GST system. SME will still kena.

If e-invoice is bad, GST will be worst as you need to wait for refund. Most of you have never done business. You only look at it from consumer point of view.

GST is way less complicated la and all are taxed with targetted relief thru zero rated item. Refund is another issue, even nowaday LHDN is having problem with tax refund on excess company PCB.

Now u have this half baked e-invoice that try to target small businesses but end up with most of them are spared now. Really a waste of resources and not achieving the objective.

It's easy if you don't claim refund. That's why when gst introduced, price went up. Many small biz just markup the price and absorb the 6%.

I'm not saying e invoice is good, I'm saying you're dumb if you think gst is better alternative.

The objective is to increase tax collection by reducing leakages. This e-invoice implementation at 1m treshold is really a failure compare to GST @ 6%.

If I'm the gov, I would prefer gst but if I'm the consumer, definitely e invoice.

For biz, both also suck balls.
