QUOTE(g5sim @ Dec 6 2025, 12:13 PM) Why use mayat for Muslims? Isn't jenazah a better word to use?? Or is jenazah is only to be used in certain contact like jenazah alayarham akan dikebunikan etc... Nothing wrong. Mayat or jenazah bring same meaning

A lot of people like to try the jalan tikus routes thinking it is faster or short cut. So even with all the barriers, they will still disobey and try their luck.
Probably the signboards never said got huge gaung right up ahead and death awaits.

That road is also another kind. Right on top a deforested ridge. Not sked the ridge wash away after heavy rain.
Whoever designed or planned this road is an otak kosong fella. No amount of repair will work for this. Need to build a totally new route, repair is impossible. And that area is known for high rainfall.

Got photos on the site, taken 2 months ago. (2 years ago, august 2023, I traveled this road, Kuala berang-tasik kenyir-gua musang.)

(2 years ago, august 2023, I traveled this road, Kuala berang-tasik kenyir-gua musang.) Building a road thru that rugged forested area is not a good idea and never was. The maintenance is very costly and the road will be destroyed in a short while by itself. The road to Kuala Tahan and beyond to the inner kampungs also face this problem. No maintenance. Building is easy, maintenance is impossible.
