immi officers have discretion to deny entry to anyone they are suspicious of. unfortunately, that is the case in a lot of countries. they don't need to have proof of wrongdoing, just they suspect u of not being a genuine tourist, don't let u in. that's it

Me 10 years ago when first go Korea also like that , immigration ask so much ,almost want reject me enter . But luckily I go in with family and all my family is waiting after the immigration,I show the officer they are waiting and finally they stamp my passport .

But after that no such issues anymore ,maybe already have record me in and out .

But that time I was 20+ and they taught me is jump aeroplane there 🤣
