Yeah, East Asian countries do discriminate against Southeast Asians. But out of China, Japan, and South Korea, Japan’s approach is way more subtle and low-key, not as in-your-face as the others.


This is what happens when a country neglects developing its technology and economy, and instead obsesses over things like skirt lengths or banning alcohol ads in tourism. It does nothing for Malaysia’s economic growth. When a country is poor, all it gets is discrimination.

1. I just back from korea last september.
2. I can concluded they were really rude.
3. A girl immigration officer just threw my passport on the table while grunting. Wtf.
4. A shop owner just forcefully grabbed my credit card to his terminal credit machine for payment.
5. If asking something that’s not related to them or stuffs they sold, they just shouted and shoo us away.
6. Malaysia is lot better than korea.
7. The way they replied on the threads showed their true colour.

I have to say, most South Koreans are insanely patriotic. One of them even made a Reddit post specifically to mock Malaysians.🤣

In my opinion,
Malaysians actually don’t need to go so far, to what the Koreans call the “opo sedae” countries, or "hell Josun", to earn similar income.

Neighboring Singapore already offers those earnings.

Even if one were to stay illegally, the better choice would be the far more advanced Japan,
not that disgusting country that constantly screams about patriotism.

Yet, Malaysia already has a long history of working while staying illegally in Japan, while Korea is only hearing about it for the first time.

Because, aside from those brain-dead K-pop fans, hardly found anyone is actually interested in Korea.(At least, based on what I’ve observed surrounding me.)

Just back from Korea last Sunday after there for 10 days.

No1,2,3,4,5 never happened, similar experience when holiday in other countries like Singapore or Indonesia.

Even their people helps my kids bringing up luggage at the MRT without question.

The only cons, everything is expansive there if head convert to RM

98% of the car are from their local brand, most model are not entering SEA country. The others is Conti, Mercedes, BMW. No China car were there.

All either Hybrid, EV or PHEV
