See your luck, my area coverage is huge with few vans hence during peak hours waiting time can be over 1 hour but off peak sometime by luck the van is nearby, less than 10 mins also sampai.

Very good in Penang, I use the service often to go to the malls near my home. save on parking fees, avoid hassle of driving thru traffic but sacrifice some time waiting la.

when launched 1st week i took. morning very happy like personal chaffer. door to door.
comeback waited 30 mins, 45 mins, 1hr. then the ride bring me round the world, took 1hr for 10 mins ride.
1st and last time tried.

Mrt moar near tarak bus lalu
Lucky rapid van ada lalu

Izit u using rapidpulse? Need use its own rapid ondemand app, on gps and auto detect

-Pick up and drop off time can be long (Once kena wait 30 mims to station, if wait for bus already reach)

If you really have no choice, can take this. Experience not too good. Took me two hours from booking till I reach my destination.

45 min is not even the longest i saw
some people say it's 1-2 hours also got

i'm testing it next week, if not im gonna take grab if it takes that long
