For some strange reason the Public Bank app request to sign in again, maybe due to app update? I try to sign in again and the app ask to register token to my phone. Then it ask me to go to bank to activate via PB ATM machine. Problem is my debit card have expired long ago and I never bother to update it because I only use PB exclusively to pay house loan and also don't want to pay unnecessary ATM fees. So can the app be activated without the need to apply for ATM card and just go to the counter?

I meant activate the sign in without the need to have ATM debit card since mine have expired years ago. Just request over the counter to activate.

Okay. By the way, what is the annual fee for PB debit card nowadays? I just want to avoid unnecessary fee since I never use the card itself.

Same to me last time.
Change new phone, but debit card expired, nvr bother to renew cause didnt use.
Walk in to PB branch, talk to customer service, they can help you with secure sign in using your IC & thumbprint on their PC.

Can. I did mine like that. Same case as yours. Use PB just for car and house loan. Dont even bother to replace the debit card.

So i activate the secureplus over the counter.

I only have PB credit card, but not ATM card.

Walked into counter for CS to activate my secure sign...not doable via ATM.

This was in Oct.
