my situation is like that.

i bought a subsale unit ( bare unit ).

but, I get a new job and need to work outstation. So, i m thinking to sell it out.

the maintenance fee is RM 400 .

I plan to let out one room and pass the key to agent to sell.
at least to.cover the maintenance cost.

but, i need to.furnish it with bed, light, cupboard ,water heater etc and worry tenant destroy the unit.

another purpose is to get the water and electricity bill working, [B]to
claim RPGT exemption.

which one better?

if you are going to sell it, might as well leave it bare and wait for buyer.

you are not going to recover the cost of furnishing in such a short while, and your buyer will not appreciate the furnishing that you have done.
