but i can tell you from my unfortunate vast experience of dealing with older ppl (for work- else i farkin hate humans), the generalization of 50s and 60s have greatly diminished physical/mental health or capacity is very true.
Your 50s and 60s is the reflection of your health choices and lifestyle of your 20s to 40s.
