If that’s the case, why weren’t all the parties charged in LGE’s and Rosmah’s cases?
*
in LGE's case, Zarul was also charged for the alleged crime.

The prosecution can sometimes get one of the parties to turn witness in exchange for leniency. Like what you see in the movies. There will need to be other material and forensic evidence to consider, because witnesses like this are weak ie there is something in it for them.

At most this Albert is a witness, he is neither a whistleblower nor some hero.

So him striking this pose, is something really bodo like the lowyat hero pose.

**Direct Answer:** No — Datuk Zarul Ahmad Mohd Zulkifli has **not been charged** in the Penang undersea tunnel case. He is a **key prosecution witness** in the ongoing corruption trial against former Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, not a defendant himself.

---

## 🏗️ Context: The Penang Undersea Tunnel Case
- The case revolves around the **RM6.3 billion Penang undersea tunnel and roads project**, awarded to Consortium Zenith Construction Sdn Bhd (CZCSB).
- Zarul Ahmad was the **director of CZCSB**, the company that secured the project.
- He testified that his firm had an advantage in the tender process and admitted to making payments to Lim Guan Eng, which became central to the corruption charges.

---

## ⚖️ Legal Position of Zarul Ahmad
Role Status
--------------
**Witness** Zarul Ahmad is a prosecution witness, giving evidence about payments and tender process
**Accused/Charged** He has **not been charged** in court for corruption in this case
**Involvement** His testimony links Lim Guan Eng to alleged bribes connected to the project

---

## 🔍 Key Insights
- **Lim Guan Eng is the one facing charges**, not Zarul Ahmad.
- Zarul Ahmad’s statements to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and in court have been crucial in building the case against Lim Guan Eng.
- Zarul himself was remanded briefly in 2018 during investigations, but he was released and has since cooperated as a witness.

---

## 🎯 Conclusion
Datuk Zarul Ahmad Zulkifli is **not charged** in the Penang undersea tunnel case. He is a **prosecution witness**, and his testimony is being used against Lim Guan Eng, who is the one facing corruption charges.

Would you like me to outline the **exact charges Lim Guan Eng is facing** in this case? That would give you a clearer picture of how Zarul’s testimony fits into the trial.
*
Sorry, I must have remembered it wrongly.

But if this is true, then Zarul should be charged as well. The whistleblower act does not extend any immunity to any parties complicit in the alleged bribe.

what people don't know is

He do this is to avoid getting k....d  by his masters behind, for spending their money yet not getting the desired outcome

Refer back to what Rafizi said earlier, he's just a middleman front man

I think Atuk will try to hang on for another two years, just to see AI robot get charged again. If Atuk contests under the PN banner, he’ll probably win and might even become the oldest person ever to win in a general election, breaking a Guinness World Record.
*
Most likely not, lol, jokes aside. Too old liao. When you get older you will understand. Every year is very different from the one before. Next election is >2 years away.

He had his day in the sun, but time to let go and enjoy life la.

Rawther will get justice in another 2 years. This time the court will punish the robot more severely because it’s already the 3rd time plus there are likely many other “songlap”+ power abuse cases that will likely surface once Muh is in power !

He will have his day in court. Right or wrong, let the courts decide.
