insurance company macam pay certain percentage on the damage, not full, i remember i read one news few months ago, that's why the double storey house owner decide to sue Petronas Gas for the damage

Since Petronas Gas is part of GLC, why can't PMX just instruct them to pay compensation and re-do the house nicely. Die die mau go for litigation case and waste everybody money.

I was told ade owners under insured their fire insurance ie masa cover during bank loan, insured sum 22Ok, 20 years later same same insured sum 220k and they expect cover prop value (ie 800k) lol Reconstruction cost pun cannot cover lo.

Don’t be stingy on fire insurance to your prop, make sure cukup for re-construction cost. Harga rumah naik, shiok but ignore adjustment for insured sum

Kan already used old pipeline busted narrative. If pin the blame on an entity which did have public liability insurance, at the end, everyone loses. Put the responsibility on a few entities which have the fundings to cover most of public losses, at least the innocent victims gets something.

If one year later the people affected still have no place of their own to stay they will also complain government never do anything, forgotten, hangat2 tahi ayam etc etc

Sometimes I don't blame politicians for not doing anything for the rakyat: buat salah, tak buat pun salah, so why bother doing anything?
