yes agreed, the flaw of this design is that normally people won't even think about jumping railings, but the balls will inevitably fall onto the netting and this is what they did not think about, how will the players retrieve the ball once that happens? Like i said, the net caused more trouble than solving.
this isn't an architectural flaw, its the tenant mistake for not realising this sooner.
