Hello. I always pass by this Rencana Royale as I need to take the Penchala Link to my home in Puncak Alam. Each time I pass by, I still see this Rencana Royale property under construction. It is progressing but very slow.

Just wondering, anyone here bought this property? I wonder what happen to all those people who bought this property like 2 years ago thinking it would be open in 2023 or 2024. It's now 2025 and it still hasn't publicly opened yet.

Can the buyers seek compensation because the developer is seriously behind schedule?
