The BMW M3's 0-100 km/h (century sprint) time depends on the model, with the latest standard M3 Competition xDrive achieving 3.5 seconds. This is due to its 510 hp S58 inline-six engine, 8-speed M Steptronic transmission, and M xDrive all-wheel drive system. Older or manual versions will have different sprint times, such as the previous generation M3 with M DCT transmission completing the sprint in 4.1 seconds, and the manual version taking 4.3 secondsĀ

XPOWER on stock can hit close to 3.7s according to Taiwanese testers.

Doing some weight cutting and better tyres, 3.5s should be doable.

Still not going to beat a car with the same century sprint but with higher top speed. What I can see EV drivers are usually very slow, although EV has instant torque. Sometimes people just don't have time to entertain us only (us as in thinking we are beating those cars)
