Actually  after age 60 body many problems  and hard to find peace

The health problems start to build much earlier.

Can see those struggle to climb up 2 flights of stairs at 30, think got issues at 60?

Start maintain health when young and you can run marathons at 80.

Friend,

The main aim of Buddhism is to escape the perpetual cycle of death and rebirth.

I think many of us do not have a plan after retirement.  We just drift along aimlessly.  Initially we go travelling etc but soon all that became mundane.  I have exceeded retirement age and are now semi…still wondering what to do with my time when I fully retire.  Have some ideas but not certain if I can stay active or not.  Physically and medically fit though.
