These are kereta sambung bayar then rented out by syndicates. The real owner of the car ran off already thinking they really did so.

Most car rental business in Malaysia are not really 100% legit. For sports car rental it is mostly owners willing renting it out to a middle man so that they can get money to cover the loan. The middle man would do all the paper work with the renter.

When accident all pay from own pocket or do falsified report.

Even those small time can rental business in Langkawi, KK etc are the same. Small time private owners. If accident, renter have to pay everything.

Its rarely the owner and renter. It has always been those sambung bayar syndicates taking the cars off the hands of the owners and then letting other buyers buy it under their sambung bayar scheme or renting it out. Main criteria for this scheme to work is the car must be under very high outstanding bank loans (more than the value of the car).

I think lala beng kena tangkap only say the car is rental. Trying to dodge responsibility
