Most car rental business in Malaysia are not really 100% legit. For sports car rental it is mostly owners willing renting it out to a middle man so that they can get money to cover the loan. The middle man would do all the paper work with the renter.

When accident all pay from own pocket or do falsified report.

Even those small time can rental business in Langkawi, KK etc are the same. Small time private owners. If accident, renter have to pay everything.

i always support those not legit car rental
all of which have valid insurance and roadtax...if not, long already been pulled over(no need roadblock)

so to rent out a car that had no valid anything is a first for me...maybe it is normal for sports car
but penny wise pound foolish, you're paying more if the car is confiscated

Main criteria for this scheme to work is the car must be under very high outstanding bank loans (more than the value of the car).
