I believe this was a spa and most men went there to hire chicken but some go for the sauna, gym and other facilities. PDRM and their konco reporters appear to have komploted to paint this as a ghey orgy stuff. Then they try hard to pressure those that they apprehended to cave in and admit to something they were not involved in. I hope he will sue them and get to the bottom of this. PDRM is already known to have done illegal kidnapping of people and other shits, but this is a new level. If this is not resolved, they will go back to acting like they are above the law.

1. bila polis call and suruh lapor diri dekat balai. nak kena buat apa?
- tanya nama polis tu and kat mana dia bertugas
- tanya sebab kenapa kena lapor diri, and whether you are under investigation
- set time bila nak lapor diri
- mintak polis bagi notis 111, kalau notice 111 is issued, attendance is mandatory ikut masa and tempat yang ditetapkan
- jangan pergi sorang, bawak lawyer sekali untuk teman, inform family/friends dulu.

2. bila kena stop dengan polis masa tengah jalan
- move to a bright and crowded place kalau sorang sorang
- cakap dengan suara yang kuat, tapi jangan provoke, cakap baik baik je tapi kuat supaya orang lain dengar conversation tu.

3. bila polis datang rumah
- JANGAN BUKAK PINTU before you confirmkan identity polis tu and apa purpose dia datang rumah
- call family/friends/lawyer to let them know about the situation.

in situation 2 and 3, kena tanya pasal KAD KUASA POLIS.
- mintak nama and nombor anggota
- nombor plate kereta/motor polis tu

JENIS KAD KUASA POLIS:
🔵 - inspektor ke atas
🟡 - bawah inspektor
⚪️ - polis simpanan
🔴 - polis yang kena buang/gantung

kalau kena soal masa kena stop dengan polis, apa nak kena buat?
- just bagi nama, nombor ic and alamat SAHAJA.
- kalau polis tanya lebih, kena tanya “adakah saya ditahan/ditangkap?”

macamana nak tahu kita ditahan/ditangkap?
- polis akan cakap “kamu ditahan/ditangkap”
- polis tak bagi kita pergi mana mana
- digari
- ic kena ambik

kalau polis tak buat macamni, maksudnya tak ditahan.

kalau kena tahan/tangkap, kena tanya, “kenapa saya ditangkap?”
- polis mesti kena bagitau sebab and kita can choose to keep silent.
- boleh tanya, “encik nak bawak ke balai mana?”
- kita ada hak untuk call family/friends/lawyer
- boleh ditahan MAX 24 HOURS sahaja dalam lokap sebelum dibawa ke tahanan reman di mahkamah.

- hak orang yang ditahan are guaranteed under Section 28A of the Criminal Procedure Code interrogation after arrest.

- kita akan diminta untuk bagi official statement which is the 112 statement
- kalau confused if soalan polis tu informal termasuk dalam 112 statement ke tak, boleh tanya, “adakah ini pernyataan 112?”
- kalau ya, kita can choose to answer or not.
- please remember that WE HAVE THE RIGHT to remain silent if polis soal siasat masa pernyataan 112
- we only have to give our name, ic number and address
- kita boleh jawab “saya jawab di court”
- you have the right to bring a lawyer during the 112 statement.
- make sure kita faham semua soalan yang IO tanya
- ask for interpreter if tak faham bahasa yang digunakan semasa soal siasat
- pastikan semua jawapan betul sebelum sign 112 statement
- we have the right to ask to make amendments before signing it body search.
- polis boleh buat body search tak kisah kita  ditahan ataupun tak kalau polis buat body search tanpa arrest,
- polis inspektor ke atas yang tengah on duty je boleh buat
- jangan bagi polis masukkan tangan dalam poket kita
- keluarkan barang one by one and sebut nama barang tu masa keluarkan
- tunjukkan poket kosong and tak simpan apa apa.

kalau polis buat body search semasa ditahan,
- make sure lawyer teman
- body search kat tempat tertutup
- private part tak boleh sentuh
- polis perempuan je boleh buat body search on perempuan
- tak dak  law yang benarkan polis bukak baju kita remand order.
- kalau polis tahan lebih 24 jam, polis kena dapatkan perintah reman daripada mahkamah majistret.

hukuman kalau disabitkan bersalah KURANG dari 14 tahun,
reman pertama: max 4 hari
reman kedua: max 3 hari

hukuman kalau disabitkan bersalah LEBIH dari 14 tahun,
reman pertama: max 7 hari
reman kedua: max 7 hari

- make sure ada lawyer. We have the right untuk mintak bantuan lawyer dari Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan / National Legal Aid Foundation yang bertugas pada hari tersebut.
- kalau masa reman kena seksa/dera/tak sihat/memerlukan rawatan/kena paksa bagi statement, PLEASE BAGITAHU MAGISTRATE.

apa yang jadi lepas habis tempoh reman?
1. dibebaskan dengan jaminan polis/jaminan mulut. tak perlu bayar apa apa untuk jaminan ni.

2. dituduh di mahkamah, boleh pilih untuk
a. mengaku bersalah
b. tak mengaku bersalah

kalau tak mengaku bersalah, kena cari
1. seorang penjamin
2. duit ikat jamin (amount ikut kesalahan)

*syarat ikat jamin ni atas budi bicara mahkamah.
