sometimes unifi bill abit confusing doh.gif

example if existing unifi customer bill is 500Mbps + tv pack RM149 sometimes it shows RM119+RM30 become RM149

so if remove tv pack, it is still the same RM149 because that price paying is a plan. Sometimes it wont show like this RM149 + RM0 tv pack because unifi fibre and fibre tv pack 2 different entities

nowadays many unifi plans already took out the tv pack but the price still remain RM149

while all using TM fibre and back bone issue is unifi got many customer their engineer suka suka poke and prod the exchange or whatever is called.
also sometimes the fibre used by other telco are exclusive for them so unifi can be down maxis is not.

my taman unifi down 3 days maxis up no issue
*
it wont, each unifi attached to their port number, maybe one time mistake but if made a complaint they will make sure your house using the right port

16 years with unifi, only one time kena this, a installer accidentally cucuk wrong port but after complaint to him at 6pm and 8pm he came back customer house to redo and apologize

so far the reports I made many of my customers happy with it

if cant dont call 100, their authority level very low. If technical report, they are good

straight go TMpoint or contact us unifi agent for assistance, tmpoint can do many things devil.gif

I pay 169 for 300mbps
Which  the previous free upgrade
Up to 500mbps

No unifitv (not needed)

Too bad it's the only option here

If got time, immediately change dee
Though
Their service has never failed majorly before

Ping to Singapore servers is 15ms
*
how many years is your plan already?
should be many years already

can request change plan, I already change my home plan fees and unifi gave me 800Mbps but paying low price, even TIME cant fight the price

just dont call 100, terus go TMpoint outlet (directly under TM) and they can assist you

Only if your contract lapsed , then you are eligible for TM customer retention deal.
RM95.40 incl tax for 500mbps package w/o unifi tv and free 1 yr disney+ subscription.
*
yup, make sure contract finish but nowadays many new unifi plan already remove tv pack except customer request to add on netflix etc

now new plans got few choices which is internet only plan, plan with nexflix etc plan and even plans with ipad, phones etc

so if you go unifi website, very to understand and much more easier for us unifi agent to explain
