Hi. In need of a new laptop.
Im taking lots of photos for our client. So will be transferring lots of photos from memory card to the laptop, then upload to google drive for my clients. Light usage of lightroom and photoshop, very minimal i can say. Mostly for excel and words.
Budget max up to myr 5k. No macbook because i dont know how to use mac, not used to the apps / system.
Is oled really important? Or should i get a laptop that has a graphic card? If possible, i prefer a laptop below 1.6kg and 14 inch. Higher ram (16/24/32gb) and higher ssd storage (512/1tb) is better.
Thanks
And no acer. Has bad experience w 2 acer laptop before.

But i really dont know how to use mac, really hard for me to move to mac system. So better stick w windows

QUOTE(anakkk @ Dec 2 2025, 11:11 AM) for photog not to use mac, that is something weird :X I use windows, mac and linux, all no problem for me, except some apps available on windows not found for mac Our job is point & shoot only. No editing etc haha. So we just take photos and give to the client. Sooc photo must be nice. That’s all. So that’s why i dont really use lightroom / photoshop

QUOTE(MGM @ Dec 3 2025, 08:35 AM) Since semicon parts r in high demand, heard that prices of laptop has also gone up a lot, true? I think so. Last year i bought a laptop for my sis, rm2600 can get oled screen. Now, similar spec almost rm3400-3600. But of course different cpu etc. but yeah, there’s an increasing in price
