From what I saw, only 1 for passenger car lane - inspection for name changes while other 3-4 lanes for busses/lorry inspection.

Just drive towards the toll booth counter, the lady will ask for Geran, QR (since u already paid via booking) then line up.

Then wait in front while they doing the inspection for 20-30 minutes or less

Not advisable if u can do it all urself. Book puspakom for booking time, can do that for weekend slot, take max 1 hour.
Then go to Tealife any branch (check Mydigital id website for the kiosk locations), update ur Mydigital ID, ur thumbprint. Done that, just follow the myjpj apps for upgrade to advance ID.

Last for mysikap website to name change like on the go.

Skip the runner fees for rm550 in my case, puspakom at 250, tukar name 300.
