true. If you're a single user, then there are better deals out there.
Perhaps its a better package for customers who are really looking to cover the entire family needs.

i don't think this is for family either...it is only 1 sim card
i think its for those who wants convenient

This plan encapsulate Family Plan too.
ONE is the principal line.
Postpaid 5G Family are the supplementary lines x6.
On top of that, this plan gives 50% discount on supplementary, Disney+ promotion and free home fiber.

on the cover it looks nice but realistically, that RM200 is really only for the unlimited sim card + 300Mbps fiber

some people today got TM's RM99 300Mbps
and thn add-on Umobile's Uhome 5G RM69
it still cost way less by doing this

That's right.
Simply looking at that price point, it doesn't offer much.
Hence, it hits the right niche for family plan i.e. someone who is looking to get added values.
1. unlimited data for principal
2. supplementary for wife + kids
3. home fiber internet
4. phone plan
5. streaming service

unifi got offer for old customer whose's contract habis.

my old package

RM89 (exc sst) - 100mbps

just got offer from Unifi - SWU 5.0 (stay with unifi program)

RM89 - 500mbps + disney channel (1 year). - lockup another 24 months.

To trigger SWU 5.0, a) you unifi contract finished already, b) go to your unifi app, and request for termination. a special team will call you and make this offer. i did it last week. You can go and call, email, talk to TM POint, but the onlyway (so far i know) to trigger SWU 5 is to msg them from Unifi app and request for termination......

They still entertain private IP request?

Last time I use Celcom fiber (before merger) it was like the best internet you ever going to have. Resilient network, better routing to many Asian places, 24h stable speed and latency, fixed subnet, first class support.

Then I decided to save rm10 and switch to TM. It was a disaster and a bloody fucking stupid decision.

Not exactly.
Its thru their celcomdigi app, and most probably link to the postpaid number.

user posted imageIts cheap, but as you said, there's hardly anything worth to watch after the first 3 months.
