Leakage. Mine also like yours, rm100 something. Never could find any visible leak. Called a specialist to have a look, turns out leakage was underground. He rerouted the piping. Just done a few days ago. Let's see Dec water bill will be how much.

QUOTE(diffyhelman2 @ Dec 1 2025, 10:01 PM) How did he find the exact spot there the leak was? Off all pipe inside. Then he check the meter outside still moving. Based on that he confirmed underground leakage. After that he reroute the piping. Piping now is external. This post has been edited by hbm90: Dec 1 2025, 10:20 PM

QUOTE(JohnL77 @ Dec 1 2025, 10:17 PM) First step is shut off all the taps in the house then check the meter. If the meter still running confirm got leak. Cheapest way is to replace all the pipes with external ones. Not neat and pretty like internal piping but no need waste time and money looking for the leak and breaking the wall and then redoing it. The next time it leaks it's easy to see where the leak is and you only have to replace that section of pipe. Exactly this is what I did.
