Students are easy to trick one compared to bosses in company. As long as you:

1. Don't care them if they play phone during lecture
2. Give them tips for final examination.
3. Don't make the assignment too hard
4. Give them high grades (at least B), don't ever fail them
5. Joke in class and treat them like friends
6. Let them submit assignment late, don't penalize them

This is almost going to bribe them and make them like you. Probably you'll be the most liked lecturer among all.

Those shitty lecturers who face hardships and complained by students is usually because they don't know how to bribe students and they always make students angry. They are too strict, like high school teachers.

Again, jilat students is a way, way more easier than jilat adult boss. Students are naive and they clearly only want one thing from you: A good grade.

What you actually should scare is actually politics. Other lecturers or Deans will target you or finish you if they don't like you. They are harder to please than students. They will use tactics to make you lose your job if they hate you. That one really dangerous and need to be cautious.

For students who look down on you because they don't think you're pro enough to teach, just let them be. They won't do anything to harm you if you don't harm them or be offensive to them in the first place. Just do your job and get your money and go back goyang kaki. The students won't confront you anyway. Let them talk behind your back. Because no matter how good you perform, there's always be some student who don't like you. So, just make sure you make the majority support you, and the minority can't do anything.

actually becoming a salesperson in mall can hit that easily. at least im paying my staffs ard 3k plus comm can take home 3k+ abit. they only work 8hrs x 5 days. nowadays kenot force 12hrs edi all dunwan work.

definitely no pressure. i see them chillax aje. work start at 10am if night shift we hardly got ot. b4 10 off. so 5 days 3k  another 1k u can try sell bontot lo. just 1 week 1 time. add on 4k edi.
