Land sure belong to gov but empty house was once some japanese ownership but due to old age and lack of legal work hence abandoned… and up for sales somemore.

The problem is not all agent will tell you the real issue of low cost abandon house ( prone to natural disaster and rusted pipe / easily broken house infrastructure) and need fork out fortune of renovation
