Ativa uses multiport injection

So, do your homework
*
somebody needs to do their real homework instead
it has nothing to do with what kind of injection at all

this applies to ALL engine
short trips are not good for the engine, which is why mechanic recommend if you're this type of person
use the car to do 1-2 long distance drive every year

even your engine needs a certain distance to fully warm up, including your engine oil

All I see for those non asian post regarding not heating up engine oil enuff causing the blow by to not properly evaporates to circulates back to the pcv system
Causing engine oild dilution
As the guy said carbon and sludge
Carbon build up on direct injections system
Sludge, well Malaysia not exactly cold climate country that you would have a hard time to heat up the car engine
*
carbon is NOT exclusive to direct injection only
it happens to every engine out there, no matter the kind of injection

sludge happens when you don't change your oil on time as well
your engine oil became thinner when it's warmed up to temperature, it lubricates your engine differently compared to very short distance drive(it reaches more places)
