Already set highest temp. Fan lowest speed yet still feel cold but if i off aircons feel hot abit. On off also not a solution. So any tips from /k.

Aircon in 4 season countries have both cooling and heating mode

Sometimes some ac repair people go lock the ac at certain temp and u cannot change it even if remote says so.

Get a space heater, can find in shoppe or lazada. Get a good quality one.

This is normally done for office buildings, etc. Done to maintain energy efficiency, building green standards, etc.

Use the mode that looks like drop of water la.

That mode is not recommended to be use for long term, can cause compressor to kaput fast.

This is what happened at my parents house, several aircond compressors kaput and the technician recommended not running the dry mode for long term.

Build a fireplace and burn wood in the house.

That dry mode is even cooler than aircon mode
Use fan mode, no cooling function

Been running dry mode for decades . Not one compressor kaput.

when it's cold enough the compressor is turned off to save power.

The less you use your compressor the longer it last.

if compressor kaput fast better blame that as bad batch.

Just call the aircond service guy. Ask him to swap the outdoor condenser unit put inside your house and the indoor evaporator unit put outside your house. Confirm you can get temperature much higher than 30°C and can get free water as well. No need to pay for coway anymore.

Does your room got ceiling fan? The best way is to put in another standing/table fan so increase the airflow in your room. I did this when my room too cold to turn on the aircon and too warm to turn it off. The xtra fan did help to increase the airflow that making my room more airy and cooler.

Unker google say dry mode actually uses the compressor less. I also use it alot when weather is more humid as works better than cool mode for cooling due to our humidity.

Your parents one maybe got other factors involved.

You need to import the airconds from Japan. No really, there they have airconds that can spew hot air during winter.

Coming back to the topic, TS, seems like the temperature controller IC is broken. Might need to call the aircond service to check it.

some of those premium super expensive models like rm2k for 1hp have better dehumidifying cycles even when running on low loads by cycling short periods of super cold waves or something while maintaining temperature. Meanwhile my 5 star inverter lower mid range model is terrible at this. Hardly dehumidifying when reached target temperature especially when outside temp is low.

maintaining 50-60% humidity is important because it keeps heat index low. 30C 70% humidity feels like 35C while 30C 50% feels like 31C

Not the aircond issue. Most place i go i set 30 highest and lowest fan when at night always feel abit chill. Could be i shirtless and naked when in room

Aircon means air conditioner, not necessarily cold. In the West aircond can set to Dold or Hot mode

I had a unit for 11 years until the compressor died...no spares. On my model the heat function had to be turned on by flicking a switch on the blower unit. It came in handy during colder monsoon months where the daytime temperature could drop below 20C in my area which would make the resins I was working with too brittle to handle.

Silly to install heater for 30c 🤦‍♀️ heater is meant for cold climate countries to make the temperature more bearable to the human body ie 20c above

Myself even 15c consider warm so it is person body who cannot regulate their body temperature to cope with external temperature
