Pretty sure you need to pay some cuts to touchngo to use it as the payment method, maybe this is higher than other payment and the reason 1u doesn't want to use it.

another one is their escalator direction, when you down levels the immediate escalator at the next level will be going down also,
but no this 1U purposely flip the direction, now u have to make a big round to the opposite side to go down

I was there last night. Jam like fucks. No parking. People entering and exiting at the same entrance. Guards and parking management clueless.

Payment also need to park somewhere, pay then only exit. During exit, got many clueless idiots hogging and blocking the narrow entryways.

After last night, it is officially banned from my list of malls.

Same as OU, just now massive traffic jam when wanna exit.

After exit mall, traffic jam again at 2 traffic light before able to turn to LDP.

nope, tat queue considered short la....... 1U, I've been in way longer queue than that....... LOL
just don't exit near or during closing time......better cepat-cepat cabut before 9pm.

Dunno if hextar mall will snatch some 1u traffic or not

Just get 1card and use their app if you frequent 1utama, can go in and out with car plate recognition
