Personally me don't like heavily powder curry like in mamak kedai when banjir my rice or noodle, those thinner yet flavourful aroma and curry i can accept.

When makan curry chicken with only rice those thinner version curry definitely not suitable

No matter how curry banjir is the best than others type sauce banjir

There is some famous famous foods outlets in melaka that have banjir sauce as their signature but mostly don't.
