A strong sabah government that can pushback federal like sarawak
40% revenue is secured now

With the extra 40% revenue there is more than enough to plunder
For Sabahan on the street, 40% plunder by local better than by federal.
At least plundered money stay n circulate in Sabah. Simple logic

Sarawak is idol for Sabahan le
Same MA63. One rich but the other poor
Different is no UMNO aka malaya party
