Anyone got any experience with any of it, if yes which one should do you recomend Khind, Coway or Cuckoo?

I done few research myself and aware that:
You will never really own any of the machine, once you have done your repayment tenure, they will replace with a new model and continue making a new monthly repayment

Washer Dryer have different load for washing and drying, so will not fully dry eveything and the dryer also will consume more electricity

I dont mind the above as i can still hang dry outside those that are not fully dried by the machine, or to reduce the drying load

Buying seperate washer dryer not an option due to space limitation

And the warranty and free monthly service really attracts me to this RTO scheme, since if i buy upfront it wont come with the free monthly servicing right?

But if majority have really bad experience with RTO scheme or washer/dryer combo machine or both, i might consider to just buy the washer dryer machine up front and just use the washer part, or just buy a washing only machine without any dryer function. Feel free to recomend any good brands/model too, thanks!

Better not go with these brands if you are going for washer dryer

They may service / repair, but it will take up your leaves / time to schedule appointment / wait for them late etc

On top of that the performance is not on par with more established brands like Bosch / Electrolux / Toshiba / Panasonic / LG etc

If you still want to go for it but pay less or on a monthly basis maybe can consider their EPP plans instead

I see thanks for the feedback 🙏

For the service part i am fine because there will always be someone at my home, and we are used to it with our coway water dispenser serviceman coming monthly

But ya my concern too is Khind, Coway, Cuckoo all that wont have nice experience as those top brands you mentioned.

For Bosch, Electrolux, Toshiba, Panasonic, LG do could you recomend any good wahser dryer combo models for them? Ussually what is the price range if i want a good washer dryer machine from those brands?

Also for those brands, if anything becomes faulty, will there be a serviceman that can come to fix or I will need to find my own repairman?

Currently using Sharp washer, and it has many problems already, and need to find own wahser repair specialist, then cant find spare part lah bla bla, thats what attracted to RTO with monthly servicing, and we have got experience with Coway water dispenser RTO so far.

I don't see the point why need to pay so much to have someone servicing. Same like water filter. Household water filter can sustain for a year only change.

Just coway/cuckoo exaggerated and make people think that it needs to change 2-3months once. Like second post, better buy reliable brand with easy payment plan. Even shoppee got BNPL option

Depends on your budget you can get entry level / mid level

Say 10kg Toshiba front load washer + Dryer, with voucher you can get both at roughly RM3500 with delivery, then get the stacking rack for about RM100ish

Split it to 24 months = ~RM150; split it to 12 months = ~RM300, finish your "contract" in 2 years max. Way more performance and value for price.

And you should also know that washer and dryers are generally meant to last 5 - 10 years or even more on proper usage, no "revolutionary" upgrades that will be free if it does ever come to consumer market. Sure will ask you top up. Then again tie you to subscription based payment.

Unless you really rich that you wouldn't mind splashing the cash for some mediocre OEM products then appliance brand is still the way to go.

Toshiba 10kg Front Load Inverter

Toshiba 10kg Heat Pump Dryer

Agreed. The "servicing" portion isn't even difficult to DIY.

Even for water filters they only came and rinse off some filter mesh and that's it

RM50 for this shit

May not be a popular opinion but a suggestion to you to get a separate unit for both.

Buying a combi is generally less water and energy efficient. You can wash to a certain limit and you can't dry them at the same time. You have to take half of the washing load to dry (about 5 hours) and the other half maybe (5 hours). Besides they have different bin design. Washer and dryer do not share the same kind of bin design. So you're using half of each.

If space is a concern, you can always stack them. Basically you're using the same space for two units.

If you really want a combi unit. Should consider getting LG.

Just need to use the cleaning tablets available from mr diy. Recommended to clean the tub once every 30 cycles.
