For me, roti canai garing-garing, uncut, with dhal mixed with sambal ikan bilis a bit, is the best combo. No problem to eat even two. Just make sure to compensate with lighter lunch and dinner, like mixed vegetables or salads and soup.
You can enjoy and also take care of yourself. The hell with health freaks. tongue.gif
