A Semi-D sub sale unit in KL purchased by client and their intention is to extend new Master Bedroom , Master Bathroom and additional room on the existing R.C Slab without demolishing and rebuild new structure. A non destructive test to be conducted to get the actual structure and concrete strength of the existing R.C column , beam and slab. Test need to be done to see if structurally feasible to maintain existing structure or demolished and redo new structure to support new extension on 1st floor and new roof slab for water tank.

Just want to share with you all if you have some doubts on your existing or purchased subsale unit that have the same similarity to this project im doing.
Supposed the design at the rear extension should be like this proposal as per client's approval. Additional R.C flat roof above to support the water tank and access ledge to roof for maintenance. See how it goes after the reports come out.
