While I agree, but I believe nobody is naturally good attitude for work. Most is certainly managed or learn to fake it.

But what the kid biggest mistake is he post his real attitude online, making anyone can watch his real behavior.

If he can just keep it privacy and just continue to fake attitude he surely will get a good impression by bosses.

Good attitudes are mostly faked for self benefit so that you can get what you want from boss. Nobody is an idiot dog for boss
