The reason he was not accepted is explicitly shown in his video. Attitude. He thinks grade is everything. He thinks he's better than others. Good for the company to reject him.

My HRBP specifically avoid their grads as most of them ego too strong and they ain't that good They are probably only slightly better than those from UTAR but ego and attitude is easily 10x worst Among the local Unis, Monash / Sunway / Taylor produce better grads for our field Omgf liked this post
