Bro, medical/health insurance cover any medical care / emergency / outpatient visits regardless if it occur at workplace during work hours, or not. Only difference is, an employer would be more careful when dealing with workplace related injuries especially if during performing work tasks. One is due to the concern they might get lawsuits and have OSHA implications.
