Yes correct because KL started raised early 90's while Bangkok after year 2000. Just like Dubai, they are super advance because the raise with latest technology available on the market.

hahahah true. We dont have this in KL even small city also hardly to find this.
Bangkok and Jakarta, you easily can find this and those push cart on the road side. Really polluted the view.
