Everyone has their own mindset. Some people said good some not. It's individual taste. BKK or KL all the same corruption, scammer & social issue never sleep. If you like BKK, you also cannot differentiate a Man or women. If you like KL, get married to Bangla.

Better is subjective as Bangkok has had incidents where tourists were set on fire and a KL mall also saw two people shot dead. If you live in a place, you tend to like it.
