An Innocent Soul Lost.. Thambi Puspanathan

PDRM has absolutely no authority—under any law—to execute suspects in an “execution-style” manner, especially when the individual has already surrendered.
This is a grave violation of the Federal Constitution, the Criminal Procedure Code, and every principle of due process and rule of law.

What happened to 21-year-old Puspanathan, a boy with no prior criminal record, is nothing short of a tragedy.
A poor, innocent young man — and now, a family in lifelong grief.

The level of fabrication, inconsistencies, and misleading narratives surrounding this incident is deeply alarming.
We will not allow these distortions to stand.

A Police Report will be lodged immediately after the funeral rituals.
This case will be taken to court.
Those responsible for this killing must be charged and held accountable — without exception.

Justice will be pursued relentlessly. No officer will be spared!

We have identified all individuals involved!

Not a random good working citizen right?

He was arrested, that means there was link to something. Or wrong place wrong time?

Three robbers shot dead after almost slashing cop's hand off

MELAKA: Three men, high on the police's wanted list, were shot dead after attacking officers during an operation at an oil palm estate near Taman Tambun Perdana in Durian Tunggal, Alor Gajah, early this morning at around 4.30am.

State police chief Datuk Dzulkhairi Mukhtar said the three men, wanted for robbery, were gunned down after they had slashed a police corporal who was attempting to make an arrest.

The operation, known as Op Casa, was conducted by the Special Investigation Division (D9), Melaka police headquarters, and Alor Gajah district police headquarters.

The suspects, armed with parangs, comprised two men aged 24 and 29, who were known as 'Geng DT'.

The identity of the third suspect has yet to be confirmed.

The 29-year-old had 39 previous criminal records, including robbery, house break-ins, car theft, and drug offences, while the second suspect had 12 prior records.

"One of the policemen was viciously hacked in his left hand, leaving him in critical condition.

"Police had no choice but to open fire on the suspects.

"All three suspects died at the scene," he said at a press conference at the state police headquarters.

The gang, he said, was believed to have been involved in 20 burglary cases targeting houses, factories, and restaurants since 2024, including two in Negeri Sembilan and one in Selangor, amassing around RM1.35 million.

Police also seized three parangs, a metal cutter, three face masks, and three gloves believed to have been used in the crimes.

"Their modus operandi involved moving on foot to evade police detection.

"They also hid in palm plantations before walking to target houses and factories. Vehicles were stolen and CCTV decoders damaged to avoid detection.

"With the death of these three suspects, police believe one of the state's most wanted robbery syndicates has been neutralised," he said.

The case is being investigated under Section 307 of the Penal Code for attempted murder.

The FB comments are really funny, especially this one below

"Logically they trying to minimise our indian community by saying they are criminal and kill them.
If they really have a any criminal records, let court make judgement"
