deswai be careful trying to deal with govt, even foreign mnc also don't want to go near them these days, deswai many move out from malaysia. Be wary of them, for your own good. demand for bribe is open secret. remember teoh beng hock, that guy who die in kementrian kewangan, this Albert as well. You see the pattern. When govt invite your company for some fair they are organizing also don't respond nor join. For me much better to deal with HK govt and bid project there, even Singapore is safer

in HK i can partner a few vendors and go bid for projects, put out the specs and pricing, go through a few rounds, even do remote sessions during those process, they even agreed to do poc and can get some payment for IP. fair process.
