Even if got job offer many of them are getting minimum salary. In China min salary highest is in Shanghai, RMB2,740 or RM1,600 while in other small city the lowest is around RMB1750 or RM1,000. How competitive is in China job market, in general their fresh grad is much more hardworking than Malaysian because in China lack of office work, if they got the job they work crazily hard. China people can come Malaysia work easily (except language barrier), but Malaysian find it EXTREMELY hard to work at China despite we have miltilingual skill. If Malaysian give 100% the China people is giving out 150% effort at least.
