Collected my car from the benkel bawah pokok, sent to service/oil change/check up recently
Sifu says masuk 5W-40 instead of 0W20 for my turbo car, last month sent the non turbo (same engine) he masuk 0W-20 pulak.

Forgot to ask what oil is used in the S2000 he was tuning. My other Honda use 5W30.

Oil viscosity recommendations
0W-20 full synthetic: This is the manufacturer's recommended viscosity for optimal performance and protection, particularly in a wide temperature range.

5W-30 full synthetic: This is the factory-recommended oil for most conditions and a suitable choice for a turbocharged engine. A high-quality 5W-30 can provide excellent protection.

5W-40 full synthetic: A thicker oil like 5W-40 can provide better protection in high-performance or high-stress applications, but it may reduce fuel economy slightly.

10W-40 or 15W-50: These heavier viscosities are generally recommended for heavily modified engines or those that operate in extreme conditions.

Some other car for reference

Proton Preve
Engine: 1.6-liter CamPro CFE turbocharged, intercooled four-cylinder petrol engine
Power: 138 hp (103 kW)
Torque: 205 Nm between 2,000 and 4,000 rpm
Proton Preve turbo engine typically uses a 10W-40 or 5W-40 engine oil

Proton S70
Engine: 1.5L turbocharged three-cylinder engine.
Horsepower: 148 hp (150 PS).
Torque: 226 Nm.
Proton S70, the recommended engine oil is a fully synthetic 5W-30 or 5W-40

FK8/FL5 Type R
Engine oil specifications require a 0W-20 full synthetic oil with an API Certification Seal (like API SN) and ILSAC GF-5 rating. While 0W-20 is the factory recommendation for everyday use due to efficiency, some owners may opt for thicker oils like 5W-30 for track use,

F30/G20 BMW 320
F30 - 0W-30 or 5W-30 or 5W40 viscosity and a BMW Longlife oil specification like LL-04 (for many diesel models) or LL-01/LL-01 FE+
G20 - 0W20 to 5W40, but 5W-30 commonly used
