First, your stationary car needs to be in a legal position. etc. in parking spot

Then you can claim the lorry insurance and sue the company.

Alot of taman road is 2 lane, then 1 lane people go park one la, end up become 1 lane only.

Then if lorry hamtam that lane is stationery park, but no parking box.. this kind of situation la

IF lorry got insurance then you can claim but alot of them especially tipper lorry tarak punya... So ... Goodluck
