She admit she meet with Albert Tei and she didn't deny she is in the video. She even say this "Albert berkali-kali mengulangi naratifnya dan berkali-kali mendorong saya untuk mengesahkan naratifnya"

Lol, the way they talk about the bribes as if the girl is orang pembantu rumah dari Indonesia.
The conversation is also not natural, as if he purposely wanted her to repeat what he says.
Negara sendiri dah tergadai, buat malu saja.

Sofia Rini admits the videos are genuine and that she was recorded without consent, but she still denies being Shamsul Iskandar’s proxy.
She claims the allegations are slander, denies any involvement with Albert Tei’s dealings, and insists there was no bribery or exchange of money. She also says Albert pressured her and twisted the narrative.
But the transcripts of both videos show multiple contradictions that make her denial hard to believe.
She admits handling cash
- Despite claiming no money changed hands, the recording has her saying:
- “Ah tu I pegang, I bawa masuk bilik.”
- This shows she physically managed the cash Albert gave Shamsul.
She knows detailed financial breakdowns
- She denies being a proxy, yet she recalls renovation costs, rent, camera expenses and even corrects Albert’s figures:
- “Sebab tu I cakap 50, 40, lepas tu 80, 120, 170 semuanya.”
- Someone uninvolved would not know this level of detail.
She confirms instructions from PMX
- Publicly she distances the PM, but in the video she says:
- “Anwar kata buat, buat.”
- This directly contradicts her denial.
She does not reject being a proxy
- When Albert calls her Shamsul’s proxy, she doesn’t deny it:
- Albert: “Kamu proksi dia.”
- Sofia: “I kena buat...”
- That is an admission, not a rejection.
She claims Azam Baki knew
- She says in the video:
- “As your information, Azam Baki tahu.”
- This shows access to insider discussions that an uninvolved person wouldn’t have.
Taken together, her denials don’t match what she herself says in the recordings. Based on the content of both videos, her defence is not only weak but flatly contradicted by her own words.
